Brought a washer from them and 2 days later it was leaking water! Then they came to our house, fixed it and a month later, it's leaking again! It ruined the floor in our apartment. When we called, they said they're too busy to come and fix it. - very dissatisfied customer!

I recent moved to lathrop, I had bought a washer dryer set for my home. Yesterday the washer leaked, so I called them and they came out all the way to the valley and replaced and cleaned everything at no charge. That's pretty good customer service.
