Awesome, friendly owner/manager. Made great conversation and very casual/friendly service. Allowed me to take box materials home and bring them back later. Free full-service packing and gave me packing suggestions to prevent damage to the items i was shipping.

Not excited about the service at this location. The owner/person running this place lacks customer service skills and friendly smile. Will take advise from other reviewers and go to Office Depot
