Madera Kids Dental World

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, the staff and dentist are very friendly and great with kids. There's a TV over the exam chairs, pointing down, for the kids to watch their favorite characters and take their focus off the scary stuff. They really do try to keep the children comfortable. The bad part is that the office is dirty and cramped. The waiting room is very small and in serious need of an update, and the exam area is really one big room with several chairs. It felt quite crowded. The exam chair we had was very dirty and there was no paper cover which made me worry about cleanliness. I was given an appointment 2 months away but called to ask about cancellations 2 weeks later and got in that day. We did make another appointment for 6 months from now, and will go again, at least one more time.
