Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

I came in for an estimate and LAUREN encouraged me not to put it off and said "no problem, we can get it done in a week, and said they didn't have loaner cars. ( They do, they didn't have any available, there is a difference) SOOOOOO I rented a car, they had my car for a week and only managed to do 1 of 4 things I wanted done. I had another appointment to have tires and rims put on at the end of the week and they were ready for my car. MACCO wouldn't release my car to me until I paid, BULLSHIT move, I believe that is called "extortion". It took OVER a month to get them to do the work I had already paid for, I was less then happy. I kept hearing a rattle so I had a mechanic look at why?? Oh because they broke my door panel and didn't bother to tell me. I wouldn't suggestion anyone go to them for anything. Mary Brownell
