Had a horrible experience with Kay where they took my ring for 2 weeks to be resized, only for me to receive it (after multiple "promise dates") completely unchanged!! Came to Lupita's and it was sized in ONE HOUR!! Fits perfectly, Luis did such a great job with it, I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, couldn't recommend this place more.
