Lotus Dental Practice

I have ALWAYS been TERRIFIED of going to the dentist but after my first visit with Dr. Nguyen and her wonderful staff I'm not scared anymore. Here are the reasons for my 5 star rating: 1. They are friendly and caring. 2. No wait (I'm almost reluctant to share how wonderful they are because I have never been to a dentist with no waiting)! 3. I normally feel panic stricken when I walk into a dental office. I didn't once get nervous. Their office is so peaceful. 4. The dental technician and hygienist (I'm so sorry I forgot their names. I'm sure I'll remember them because I will NEVER go to another office) were both so gentle. I'm normally in pain during x-rays because of that thing you bite down on but she somehow made it comfortable. My gums didn't hurt after the cleaning but my mouth is cleaner then it ever has been. 5. They listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about me as a patient. 6. Dr Nguyen explained all of my options and asked if I felt overwhelmed (being terrified of the dentist I haven't kept my mouth in the best shape) by all the information she gave me regarding my dental care plan. I was told a bunch of lies by my last dentist about the number of cavities I had, why a tooth was sensitive, and they made my cavity way worse after a cleaning. If you want the best for your dental health and your peace of mind go to this office.
