After taking 2 pieces of equipment to be repaired, and paying top door for the repair, I was stupid enough to try a third time. When I received the phone call with the diagnosis, which cost $30, I decided for the amount they charged to repair the weed wacker, I could buy a new one of the same brand. I don't mind the high price for the repair,it is my option to take it or leave it. I do mind being handed a box of parts that were taken off the tool, and being told we don't put it back together unless we fix it!
