I came here looking for orchids, plain and simple. I was greeted by Wilfred who was friendly and inquisitive (which I thought was odd, at first, but greatly appreciated by the end). Wilfred took painstaking effort to know why I was making my purchase and walked me through the store to really personalize my gift. He told me that I would be happy with my arrangement---I went out of the store ecstatic! Gentlemen, this is what buying flowers should feel like.
