If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Valerie, the district manager is a sad excuse of a human being. She should definitely find a different job then customer service. She pretty much called me a liar, when I called her employee out on over charging me for my taxes. A simple W-2 didn't make over $10,000, worked at one place, the most simple w-2 you could have, and I got charged $272 and that's at a discounted rate. Oh and not to mention, I was never informed on how much I was being charged. I know dumb me should've checked my paperwork, but being a professional tax filer maybe that should be part of the job? If you got screwed over from this place, DON'T expect them to help or try and fix anything. She calls her customers liars, and hangs up on them when they get angry because I had to repeat myself a zillion times. Super super sad. VALERIE you SUCK!
