I had 2 cases with Heath and his team, one for child custody and one for divorce. Heath was incredibly compassionate and trustworthy which made my terrible situation, bearable. He was open and clear about pricing and I never felt I was being overbilled. He set reasonable expectations for both cases and always clearly explained what he needed from me in a compassionate way. After court, he spent time clarifying what had happened and made suggestions on how we could forward. This was an extremely difficult time for me and having his staff available for questions was refreshing. They were so patient with me! He was also TOUGH! He knows the law well and I always felt like he had the better argument tactics and was most respected by the judge. He's truly fighting for what is right and best for kids! I will use Heath again if I ever need to in the future and will recommend to family and friends who need a knowledgeable, compassionate person to fight for them!
