Disappointed. Communicated with sales associate for over a week, online. He sent me links to two units that we were interested in driving over two hours to come see. Prices quoted were great. Arrived to find the sales associate who the guy online had told me to ask for... knew nothing of us even coming. When I explained the units we came to see we were told that neither unit was there...and that the owner had taken them out on a group camping trip. If we'd have known that we wouldn't have wasted our time coming down. Then to make it worse, the price they quoted for our trade in was $10k less, than an other dealer had quoted us; plus they wanted us to make up the difference to pay off our coach... REALLY!?!? They offered us $56k for a 2018 Class C, Sunseeker 2500TS, that less than a year ago, we bought for $80k and added solar and other upgrades to. CRAZY... Definitely, NOT worth the two hour drive. Will just put our current MH on RVTRADER and allow some lucky person to get an amazing deal and then buy a larger unit with a bigger down payment.
Found a beautiful RV to live in full time. We were excited to pick it up, only to find out there were many issues with the coach that had not been addressed. The next day we were assured that everything was in working order. They promised us the furnace (one of our issues) was working properly. Five days later, the furnace quit working. We now have to pack everything up to take it back to have it fixed again. Needless to say, we are more than displeased! This is not only an inconvenience (since we live in it) but makes us wonder what other hidden issues we will come across.
