The staff was on the snotty fake side and the services were below average in my opinion. I have been getting spa pampering services from east to west for 20 years plus and I did not find this spa to deliver the services they advertise. The owner was rude and arguementative. I was very disappointed. I DO NOT recommend them - go to the Claremont for Bridal packages... this is not worth your time or money... a very "unhappy" customer.
