Khoobsurat Threading Salon

Extremely poor customer service!! I just called them to check when can I come to get my free threading on my birthday as my birthday is on January 1st and they are closed that day. They market themselves for this perk to their customers but turned me down right away saying they will not accommodate before and after Jan 1st. Is it my mistake that they are closed on January 1st? Is this the fair reward to a regular paying customer??
