I wanted a cheap brown color paint, to paint my cabinets just to cover all the damage on the wood in my studio. First he trying selling me the paint for $40 for a one gallon, ummm it's not a house it's just for a studio I told him. so he suggested a cheaper one for $10 less. I picked out a color that was called Man Cave looked like a decent dark brown and when I went home and when I opened it up it looked like a diarrhea color. looked really light brown maybe it would of got darker once it dries but I couldn't even look at that color any more it was just horrible. So I went back and asked if I can refund, exchange, or even store credit. I didn't know I had a custom color, just wanted a stock or cheap paint just to cover the damage on my cabinets, nothing fancy. So they pretty much told me nope we can't help you. Didn't even apologize. And when the worker went to talk to the manager to see if we can do anything, the manager didn't even come out to tell me him self sorry we can't do anything about it. So there goes $30 down the drain. So be careful when you pick out a color. If you're just learning about paints ask if it will be stock or custom paint so you know if it is refundable. They don't tell you any think they just try to sell you the most expensive one they have when you have more options.
