I lived in these apartments 14 years of my life and the maintenance was horrible. We constantly asked the manager to get rid or rats or the roaches and he didn't for years until we reported him and his wife and they finally did it. The bathroom are horrible, we had to get our own toilet until they installed a really cheap on themselves and the tub was all cracked, the oven didn't work when we got there, neither did the heater and finally we had to beg for them to finally change out the nasty old carpet. The lady was always so rude if you brought guests over, she would say you were making too much noise if you so much as laughed then proceeded to try and embarrass you in front of them by telling you to make them leave.
I get that it's not the best of areas but they exaggerated.
