Once Upon atim3

Dissatisfaction is the key word when you talk about this place. Formerly a Chinese food establishment the new place and owners are lacking in many things. You first greeters are the owners kids who have the first booth in restuarant, cluttered with all there belongings and their iPads giving them direct feed to their Migos track " Stir fry" a melancholy reminder of the old friendly and brighter atmosphere that once resided here. Not only do you have to walk all the way to the back of the restaurant in which you have to get the host or servers attention. She will begrudgingly hand you their one sided menu. To be fair the other side of the menu is full of a list of beers and wines. Which I'm not discounting I feel it just should not be used as a filler to beef or give the illusion of having more menu items rather than providing more choices and have the alcoholic menu as a small side menu as most all other restuarant do. As they are a new restaurant and provide middle eastern food, a different food especially for the high desert, they should expect people to have question or inquires about the food or have a little quick script in which they can communicate which foods would be nice to try or a suggestion of good dishes and a similar comparison of taste or dish so the customer can began to relate taste or get a idea of what to expect. Instead the host makes you decifer the menu, then gets annoyed exponentially with each question you ask. The experience was unreal. The attitude by the host was definitely like you should just sit down spin the wheel and pick something quick and be prepared for a surprise. If you find yourself dissatisfied, tough luck, pay and get on. The atmosphere coupled with the horribly uninviting host and pathetic meme made this dine in trip very quick. When I say quick I mean quick to grab your stuff and not eat here. I took my business and ran. I was not about to be regretting eating at this "restaurant" as I was already unfortunate to have walked in to this establishment. I took my dining experience elsewhere as I knew nothing but dissatisfaction was served here.
