The food is always great but the service used to better, even during busy times. I called in my order while driving from Natomas and was left on hold for about 4-5 minutes before my order was taken. Upon my arrival, there were a few people in line ahead of me and there was only one employee taking orders at the counter and by phone. This employee was also expediting all orders. I to wait about 5 minutes to pay and receive my order. Years ago call-in order customers went directly to the pick-up area to pay and get their food. Call-ins shouldn't have to stand in line with customers that are placing orders. I'm glad I called in my order. My food was great but please get more staff to assist with phone orders, expediting orders and other front counter needs.
