Jiffy Lube

The people that did my setvice were great. The manager however should be counseled on how to speak to customers. She has no communication skill sets and is extremely condescending. She began speaking to me about leaking oil and things that I wasn't saying were a concern at all as though I was asking for my money back or saying they had done something wrong when I was merely asking if they had noticed anything out of the ordinary that may help me diagnose the problem I was having with my car. Which ended up being a heater elbow fitting. She said my car was leaking oil when it came in and they had it on video. Which was a lie. My car was leaking coolant. I had no oil in my car which was why I was going there to begin with. She just talks... Not really concerned with what you're saying at all. Just waiting for a pause so she can tell you why they are not to blame and you are wrong. It's ridiculous. Paying Over $70 for some mid rate oil and ridiculous treatment. I hope the people that work there go somewhere else because they were great and deserve to be paid more than $10 an hour to deal with her pretentious character. I'll never go back.
