Was not happy . It wasn't the cashiers who were the problem it's your so call rules on returns. I have returned items without the receipt and they would scan the price and take it off the card. This time which is the first anything like this happen with JcPenneys. They said since they only could go back only so many days. Out come was so bull. I was told that since they could not find it on my card being it was over so many day. They would take the levi which I paid more then 56.00 and wouldn't take it off my card . They would only give me 60 cents. I'm going to have try to sell them and take money off . What a scam they this is. Will be shedding JC penny card. Now understand WHY? Stores are closing. I do want to Thank the cashier for trying to help.
