I request a stylist who has a lot of experience and I had to pay more to get that which I was glad to do since I hadn't cut my hair for 12 years. The stylist I was given was awful to say the least. She has been a stylist for 15 years and she had to start over twice because she didn't do what I asked for. I shouldn't have to correct her especially when I showed her the picture of the cut I wanted. When I had to correct her for the second time I kept the picture up on my phone hoping she would use it, but she didn't. I will NEVER go back. I paid $45 for a cut she didn't even make straight. I don't recommend you go either
