I'm sorry to say, This place isn't where you want to take your car. The customer service here is the worst. I was told I would either receive a loaner car for the time being, or that they would give me a ride to work while my car was in their possession. Once the paper work was signed, that was quickly forgotten. The time line to get the work done was 7 days, and I was promise it would be delivered to my place of employment once the work was completed. Those 7 days came and went, and I'm still with out my car. I still need to get to work and have no way of getting there on my own. The extra cost of an Uber isn't in my budget Updates were also promised. I was expecting photos, texts or just a phone call to let me know what phase the car was in, and that never happen. It doesn't seem like a whole lot , but this is part of the customer service they lack . He's the back story: After seven working days have passed I went over to the body shop to see if the car was ready. After seeing most of the car I notice some glue left behind from the Emblems on my trunk. I asked why that wasn't removed, One of the works was under the impression I wanted to keep them same Emblems on the car. I had advised them I would like to keep the Emblems, but not put them back on the car. I was going to replace them with new ones and needed the car to be painted like new. While I was looking at my trunk, I saw they that piled my old bumpers in the trunk of my car. I found my OEM grill still on my OEM bumper, that I had asked them from the beginning to place my new bumper, but it wasn't. Some After market bumpers have what can only be called "chicken wire" covering those places, and it looks bad. I was told they would fix it and I would get my car that day. He said it would be delivered to me at my work place around 5 pm. I eagerly awaited to hear word that my car was en-route. I sent them a text an hour before the car was suppose to be delivered asking if the car was ready, and no one ever responded. So, I called to ask if my car was ready and was told it was. I came into the shop to pick it up on my lunch hour. My girlfriend was nice enough to drive me , and once I got to the shop I was told it wasn't going to be ready till Saturday around noon. I told them that, it wasn't going to work for me. I made other appointments to get work done on the car that I had scheduled weeks in advanced. I really needed to have my car in the morning. He said it wouldn't be a problem. I was assured they could deliver the car before 8 am. Sounds great, right? Their motto is "Expect Nothing Less Than The Best! " Their plan was to come to the body shop, early around 5 am to do the work that was needed so they could deliver it before 8 am. I wasn't sure if they would actually do that for me. 5 am is really early and over sleeping is really easy. They assured me they would get the work done and it would be ready! Saturday morning came , and I went over to the shop but it was closed. No one was in sight , everything was locked up. I called the number I was given and no answer. I sent many texts and still no answer. Some time later I get a text that says: "In The Hospital Can't Talk" What? I was expecting something like: "I'm sorry that I wasn't able to get your car ready, But". "I know this is a big inconvenience, but." OR " I'll have some of my other guys go out and fix this right up." I asked when my car was going to be ready, and you guessed it, No reply. My best guess is, they over slept and lied were they where to cover up for what really happen. Poor customer service. I'm sure my many phone calls and text I sent out early in the morning didn't help the urgency to get my car ready. Being unprofessional as they are, they'll force me to wait until Monday before I can get my car, I'm sure. This is no joke guys, everything I've told you has happened. Please, just go somewhere else. The price tag to do the work is too high, The customer service, is too low. Their Motto should stop at: "Expect Nothing."
