Jamboree Apartments

I lived for for about 7 months. Both positive and negative aspects. However, the negative outweigh the positive. 1. Overpriced for what you get. When you pay $2k+, you would expect to have better parking and flexibility for what you pay for. For example, you HAVE to be able to park your car in your garage. You cannot store items in there. 2. If you have a garage you cannot park in the regular stalls. No exceptions. They will ticket you and even tow you if you are parked outside. 3. The business manager treats you like a number . When I loved out I was given a date by the front desk, and a final total to pay. When I get my deposit back I am charged with "Lost Rent", becasue the day was 2 days shy of 30. I WAS GIVEN THAT INFORMATION BY THEM. I PAID WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME I HAD TO PAY. And now you want to charge me more becasue YOU made the mistake? NOPE! I have never been treated like just a number by any other complex. They paint a great story when trying to get you to sign, then you get all the "rules" of the complex. 4. The ONLY thing I have good to say about this complex is the maintenance staff. They are extremely helpful and courteous. They got all requests completed on time, and were very friendly. In short, don't waste your time here. You can get more value for your money elsewhere. Especially if you have more then 1 car and items from a garage you need to store outside of your home, or if you want to have visitors over to your new home.
