I made an appointment for 1:30pm and when I arrived was asked to wait. I was finally helped at 1:54pm and at that time was told at 2:00pm she had an appointment and would have to leave me. She began one nail and then walked away. NEVER have I had such poor service in the 27 years of getting my nails done. I am on vacation and have my elderly mother with me so this was not only highly rude and inconsiderate but also impossible for me to work around.
