This was my first trip to Napa. I had called to make sure the hotel knew that my friend and I would be getting in late, we had booked two queen sized beds... when we got to our room it was one bed! Then they informed me that they didn't have any available two bed rooms (even though that's what I reserved). The only reasons I didn't give less stars is that the rooms were nice and they did discount our room for the mix up. But still, there's a reason why people RESERVE two beds usually! It's just not ok in my book to make that kind of mess up especially when I called to let them know how late I'd be. I can understand this happening if y'all thought I was a no-show!
