The guy's behind the counter do a great job and acquaint themselves with every renter. Feels safe, lots of cameras. The most reasonable prices in sf, even if they are so far down 19th Ave.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company. I was lured in by a one-month free rent promotion, and when I got there they told me they were going to move me to another unit but the promotion would still apply (even after documenting it on file). However, 2 months later, the store manager is telling me that they aren't going to honor the promotion because the unit that I was moved too didn't have the promotion even though I was specifically told it would. It feels like a classic BAIT & SWITCH move.
