Mi is a terrible woman! Mi is an awful representation for Illusions! I would think twice about having someone like working for me.
My mother, and myself, have been going to see her for LITERALLY 20+ years. My mother dislocated her hip and had a brace on. My Mother went to see Mi, as she has been doing for decades, for her nails. Due to the brace my mother was mandated to wear, she couldn't put on her shoe. My mother asked Mi for some assistance.
My Mother: "Would you help me put on my shoe?"
Mi: "ugh, no."
My Mother: "thatch not very nice
Mi: "then go some place else"
How on earth can Mi have absolutely no compassion or empathy for a LONG TIME customer?
Do not support this Salon as they don't support their customers who clearly need a little extra help. Helping an elderly woman put on a shoe is not a harsh request. The reaction not only hurt my moms feelings, but made her feel terrible. NOT OK!!!!
