I had a roof leak that Hull & Sons was supposed to repair in January 2015. In 2017, I had a leak in the exact spot where the original leak was. I called Hull & Sons and was treated like a liar since I'd had solar panels installed in 2016. So I went back and forth between them and Petersen Dean (roofing and solar company), and it was determined that the leak was not because of the solar. Hull & Sons found some debris near one of the roof vents, cleaned the area, and again said the leak was fixed. In March of 2018, I again had a leak in the exact same spot causing more water damage to the ceiling and a wall. I again contacted Hull & Sons and was again treated very poorly like I lied to them. Again they blamed the solar for the leak. They came out and realized that based on the original salesman's (Ron) diagram, they never fixed the leak. They'd worked on the wrong area of the roof, which wasn't leaking. I will give credit to Ron as he came out, was very pleasant, and upfront in admitting his mistake. Hull & Sons came out today to repair the leak they should've fixed 3 years ago. Currently, I'm trying to get a new bill of sale that starts my warranty from today's date since the work was just performed, which is fair. I didn't receive an apology, any effort to make amends for the water damage to the ceiling, or anything other that what I paid for three years ago. I already requested it from Kyle, but I never heard back from him. I can only hope that I won't need to call them back after the poor treatment I've received.
