Not good. I went here to get help with a form I needed to send over to family overseas and she insisted she couldn't help me and she specializes in military. Needless to say, I went over to another h and r block down the street and they printed the form, helped me fill it out, and faxed it over for me! I do not like how I was approached she didn't even look at the form and assumed she knew more than me. I had already talked to countless people and tried to tell her it does not need notary! Go somewhere else.
