My service guy is Nick the service manager is Rebecca they're usually pretty pretty on top of things especially Rebecca I trust her with anything regarding my car I just don't know what's been going on this is my second servicing one was for my hundred thousand mile needing to be replaced so we set it up they give me a 15% discount to have my brakes done because I was on vacation and the brake light goes on while I'm in the middle of the desert I take my car back Nick is very sick and he had to leave early that day but I know he gave a pass down to everyone else and he told me that my car would be ready same day Friday that just passed so I told him I'm no worries you guys have limited cars anyway my car is going to be ready today just call me a lift well needless to say this is Monday morning and my car was never ready no phone call no nothing someone was supposed to call me back cuz I called and no one called back
