Homewood Suites by Hilton Irvine John Wayne Airport

Exceptionally clean hotel with great perks for the price. My room has a full kitchenette that includes a full size fridge, stove, even a dishwasher and is stocked with dishes, toaster etc. The hotel is pretty new which probably explains the cleanliness. They also include breakfast and an evening social 4 days per week. Workout facility, pool, outdoor grills next to the pool, etc. I would highly recommend!
