The Home Depot

Run like a social club and not like a hardware store. I was in and out of this Home Depot several times and spent a good amount of money. Lots of young employees chatting with one another and very little product knowledge, with the exception of a nice gentleman named Lonny who was very helpful. Poor leadership here, plenty of other Home Depots in the Bakersfield area.
