The Home Depot

I went to Home Depot today and I asked for help and I waited for thirty minutes and no one came so I asked for help again and they said they would send someone and no one came so I left empty handed because no one helped me find what I was looking for. Bad costumer service.

Went into the store looking to purchase some heavy-duty shelving. I found some that would work for the job but when I got to the front to purchase them the sales associate told me me no way they were $19.99 these are $79.99. I took her back to where the shelves we're to verify the price (there were still 2 more in the same exact spot) she told me no they were in the wrong spot (wrong spot! Then it's obvious it wasn't something I did to come up on a better deal) and then asked if I still wanted the shelves at the $80 price told her no. I told her that the employees needed to put things in the right spot as well as taking the price down to show the right price. Very disappointed, good thing Lowe's is across the street and honor their prices when they are in the wrong...so long Home Depot you lost a loyal customer.
