Returns are never fun but they made it right. I recently purchased three Ryobi 18v Li-ion batteries, two of the 4Ah and one of the 1.5Ah. The little one and one of the big ones wouldn't take or hold a charge. It was a combined online order and a purchase from the HD on Sunset that I'd lost the receipt for. It took a lil bit but they let me make my case and I left with the charger and the three functional batteries that I paid for. Extra points (a return to 5 stars) for letting me test the replacements in-store to be sure they'd work this time :)

I'm sorry, but been a customer since 2004 and this location keeps getting worse. The waiting time to get assistance is ridiculous. The business I work for spends significant amount of money yearly with this company to get such bad service. But I do suggest the other location on Slauson and Western. Great experience there. Too bad is far from the business. As I'm writing this review, I'm still waiting for someone yo help me get a beam. Been waiting since 9:52 am and it's now 10:15 am and no help yet.

Home Depot is like a grown ups Lego Land. Just buy pieces and have fun assembling it lol. They really do have just about anything you could need for any kind of project.
