Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert

Location was central to where I needed to be for work. The rooms were clean and up to date. The bathroom separated the sink from the rear of the bathroom which made for an awkward layout but seems to be the set floor plan for holiday inn express. The hotel staff is pleasant. The breakfast selection was actually pretty good. One note however is that on a previous stay, I left a pair of leather gloves and a beanie in my room. I called a few days later but nothing was turned in. I find it hard to believe that nothing was turned in and believe that housekeeping kept my items.
