The hotel is nice. Check-in was fast and I appreciated the warm cookie. (I was driving for a few hours and a quick little snack was perfect.) The room was nice, but the lighting is a bit poor. 2 small lamps on the nightstands and 1 on the desk. It is not enough for the size of the room. My biggest disappointment was the fact I had to pay for an internet connection. My room was $250/night, and I had to pay to check my email? Really? Is internet service in San Bernardino so expensive that the Hilton corporation has to pass the cost on to their customers?
Perfectly adequate hotel. You can tell it's had a facelift recently but they need to put more work into the upkeep of the building. Vents are shared between rooms (found out when neighbor had rancid smelling food in his room and the AC kicked on), elevators sound a bit like a horror movie and are past their inspection permit time, and actual bed conforter is extremely discolored/needs replaced (covered with a sheet). Staff is friendly and able/willing to accommodate guests needs.
