Highway 99 Carwash

This was my first visit to this car wash. Some of my friends visit this establishment frequently so I thought I would give this car wash a try. I paid for the full service car wash $20. I was directed to begin my carwash right away. I had been travelling in my car the previous week, and had bugs and bird poop all over my car. My car was sprayed with water hose and the attendant used a broom in soapy water to remove the debries all around my car, but failed to do the top of my car which had a big splat of bird poop on my sunroof. I wanted to say something but figured that the mechanical portion would most likely pick it up as the car was pulled through the track. There was still poop on the glass when the wash was finished. The team that completes the cleaning was not detailed oriented. They did vacuum the front of the car, but skipped the back, thankfully it wasn't too dirty back there, and did not even bother to look in the trunk which I made sure to empty out so that it could be vacuumed. I saw the SUV next to my vehicle get vacuumed in the back gate.. Front windows, windshield, and passenger windows were sprayed with window cleaner but back window was left untouched inside and out. Only the front seats and arm rests were wiped down, but not steering wheel or back seats or arm rests in the back. My shiny chrome rims were never dried off and were left with water spots. The tires were never touched, and when I asked for car freshener, I was told that was extra charge. Basically, I am unimpressed with this establishment. I always see cars at this car wash when I drive by, so perhaps customers feel that the vehicle is cleaner than it was when driven in, or maybe they don't care, or it was an off morning, idk. My personal opinion as I watched was that they were being a little lazy so that they could get to the next vehicle. But $20 for a slop job does not make me too happy. I did not leave a tip in the locked tip box next to where the customers sit Sorry for not so great review, just stating the facts of my first time visit.
