I rent here everytime I'm in Torrance (3-4 times a year). Staff was so rude that they all got fired and replaced in December 2016.
New staff seems to be ok but for my last rental I got upgraded to a car that was new... So new that it still had stickers and writings on the windshield, seals on the doors (see my pictures) and the tank that was supposed to be full 8/8, was just a mere 5/8 (thank God it had already been the case during my previous rental, so I immediately checked and went back to the counter before closing time)
