Horrendous customer service. Prepaid a rental online for my wife and they refused to give her the car without physically swiping the card that was used on the website even though they had charged me 3 days earlier when I made the reservation. They wouldn't let her switch to another card and made me physically leave my office to bring the card that had already been charged to the rental counter. The entire process took about an hour including the 15 minutes it took me to get there with my card. The best part was that the person at the counter couldn't be bothered to even pretend to care about the inconvenience he was causing. We most definitely will not be coming back here.

Terrible, took an hour of waiting at the desk to collect my car. Staff started out as just slow, then turned slow and rude by the end. Unbelievably bad service.
