I have rented from every major rental car company and some not so major, I always get top notch service with heartz. If your going to rent and your not a member of their loyalty program STOP! and sign up for the program, it is worth your time. With the program I show up at any heartz and they have my car ready, hand me the keys and I an out on my way in less than 5 minutes. Drop off is just as easy. Today's rental went just as smooth, the gentleman that helped me provided excellent service. The lady at drop off was very professional and had me on my way in about 2 minutes. The only service we have left at our chico airport terminal is heartz, so there are no lines or wait times.
