I was on hold for 53 minutes, so I drove to the location in Woodland Hills somewhat frustrated. Turns out I called the main number and not the local. Even though the staff were buried in graduation boxes, caps and gowns they stopped what they were doing, looked up my son's name and found what I needed right away! They were courteous and professional.
