They were hired to transport a sleeper sofa from Seattle to Los Angeles. The sleeper sofa never arrived and they have no idea where it went. They have serious issues and cannot be trusted with merchandise. To make things worse, they have not officially declared the item "lost or stolen" so the retailer has not refunded any money. They never call when they say they will call. They have offered no explanation. The incompetence required to lose a 300lb sleeper sofa, and not be able to figure out where it is after 5 days is astounding. I will not do business with any company who uses this company for shipping.
