Had a bad experience with their customer service. After I bought $80 worth of beer, the staff packed it all in one bag. On my way home, the bag fell apart and I lost two beers.
I emailed them about it and they asked if they had packed it in the double thick re-usable green plastic bags or their canvas black Healthy Spirit tote bags. I took a look and they had packed it in a Postmates bag (maybe left over from something else).
I figured I'd ask if there was something they could do, since they were the ones that had chosen to not pack it in either of their what sounds like super sturdy bags.
I stopped getting responses even after a followup.
Didn't enjoy the lack of customer support.
Thankfully ended up finding the same selection for cheaper at Bevmo.
