Hayward Police Department

The Hayward police department lets animals suffer in agony instead of getting off their asses and checking on a dog In distress. Hayward animal control is no better. They aren’t really her to protect the public or to save animals, they just want to do the least work possible and take home our tax dollars. I called the Hayward California police department about 4 hours ago because a neighbors dog has been crying really bad and sounds like it’s agony. The dispatcher told me that Animal control can’t come out til tomorrow, mind you they open at 1:00p.m, and that he isn’t gona send an officer out for this. His reason was, he is just not gona do it. Uh, hello, another thought is what if somthing happend to the owner in the house, they could be dead for all they know, that could be why this animal is crying with such distress and anguish non stop. But yeah just sit back and send animal control out after 1:00 pm, a whole 30 hours after this whole thing started since your precious officers need to rest and can’t be bothered with work, they might get there uniforms dirty.
