Horrible. I went there to rent a trailer which they didn’t have so I rented a U-Haul truck. I left my personal vehicle in the parking lot since one person cannot drive two vehicles. It is also common practice that when someone rents a vehicle they leave theirs at the place of the rental. There is no signs saying you can’t park there overnight even if your not a customer nor did anyone inform me as a customer that I couldn't leave my truck there. It is not in stated in the contract of the rental either. When I went to return the U-Haul in less than 24 hours my car was not there and had been towed. After an employee called the owner of the business to explain I was a customer, the message relayed to me was that I would have to pay the tow fee. Their reasoning is that someone cut one of their fences. That’s not my problem and has nothing to do with me. I was left with no car and had to call for a ride. I rent numerous U-Haul trailers and my name, address, phone number and the make and model of my vehicle which was towed for no reason is in their computer system.
