Hanlees Hilltop Toyota service

Got there at 7am to get the spot in line for service, which opens up at 7:30am. Was 3rd in line, but was approached 8th eventually. This is not the first time. Tried making appointments before, but it's the same **** nobody gives a ****. Also, check your car for damage when you picking it up after service. Took my camry in for service today. Picked it up and when got home saw a big dent on passenger's side front door. Have to go back there tomorrow again to show them. What a freaking unnecessary hassle :(
