It started out well enough. I purchased a new vehicle from the dealer and got the pre paid maintenance package. When my car was a total loss, it took almost 6 months to get reimbursement. The amount I received was a significant low ball offer as well. I filed a better business bureau complaint. I elevated my calls with no response to the sales manager Tom Tran. Although he acknowledged that I have reasonable claim, he has only made false promises to look into my issue and hasn't provided any follow up. Since the issue remains unresolved and they have been acting in bad faith, I'm recommending potential buyers go elsewhere for their vehicle needs.
