The desk staff is unkind. Caddy women who have power issues. If they don't like your personality, they will trash-talk you to the PTs who will have no problem totally disregarding their concern for your care (including commitments they've made to focus on getting you back to 'working order') and straight boot you out without ever talking to you at all. It's quite a clicky atmosphere where social acceptance, ego, and pride abound. They put on a good show at the start, fluffing their superiority over ANY other facility on & on. You may be accepted to be worthy but just as easily, your worthiness can be removed. Your care is certainly not their first priority as I can't count how often I noticed the proud peacock PT spent the majority of his time on social interaction of a testosterone nature. They do not feel privileged to serve and help/care for their clients/patients as much as they view them as being privileged to just be in their company. Hmm, *noses turned up* easy come, easy go. Their commitment is to ALLOW you to think of them as superior or go somewhere else. The LAST thing they're really concerned with is being bothered with having a genuine concern for the overall customer satisfaction. They have NO INTEREST in that aspect as it may disrupt their high-horse view of themselves. Don't let the fake feather fluffing fool you. They're just their to impress. Any human compassion you may perceive is all just part of the act. If you look closer, you'll see the true colors of blatant disregard in the blink of an eye. It's a business; a paycheck...and a disgrace. So disappointing.
