I would like to say after being inthe business and a client of Natalie.; I've never seen such unprofessional business.After booking an appt a month ahead...Omg I was not only not on the books but I was told by N."I'm just not dependable anymore and my clients need to know this." Really!!?? Well I'm sorry isn't that a clue u need to retire.i or to delegAte SomeOne RESponsible. To run things!!.I will take my business elsewhere.Unbelievably rude and unprofessional salon .( for hair by the owner!!
