Hair Loft Salon

Worst place. Had an apt. with a Michelle 4 weeks in advance, we confirmed. Then when I show up she was not there. So another person helped me (new owner) but the entire time talked over me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. She lied about years of experience when I ask her 3 times. Color was not what I asked for and as I was leaving she told another stylist " it turned out alright I guess". That is when I let them know I understood them. Not a good place at all!!!
