GuestHouse Hotel Norwalk

This hotel is very difficult and confusing to get into physically. They have signs that still say entrance only for the gate to be locked . The staff at first was not helpful. The room decor was very old . Not at all what I expected for a guesthouse. The wifi did not work all night. However the man in the front I believe Jamie was his name was very nice and helpful. He gave me a late check-out and let me use a loaner charger at his front desk. I would not recommend this hotel. If it wasn't for him I would have given them 1 star.
